Passthrough columns in SCD component

Working on my first SCD data flow and having some starting hiccups.

I have a few columns on my input that are only informational. They are not to be used to determine if the row has changed. These columns are BatchId to track the load process that generated that row and a LoadDate that will have the date the row was loaded into the Datawarehouse.

I can't find a way in the SCD to mark the columns as Passthrough. If I say "Not Used" they do not show up in the output. In one of the discussions, someone had suggested marking those columns as SCD1. Not sure if that will be the correct thing to do.

Is there a way in the SCD component to do this? Or is there a workaround?

I've come across this one myself, with strangely enough the same type of columns. I resolved it by adding a new derived column transform on the output that just adds these two new columns, as the will be constant for the whole execution run.. I get the values from package variables so its a simple enough fix..
