That is really odd.  Does the flow speed up if you replace the OLE DB Destination with a Union All (a "trash" destination)?

What is really odd to me is that there's a million rows "in cache" inside the DMSCD component.  There should hardly be any at all, because the ED input has been read completely, signalling to the component that it can simply forward the Source rows as New.

What version of the component are you using?

i developed my ssis project in x86 system and it's worked good, but when i deploy it in my x64 server then it crashs.

development workstation resources:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz

Memory: 4 GB
OS : Win 7 x86
SSIS: V2008

DMSCD Version: 1.6   http://img846.imageshack.us/img846/8739/35687491.png

server resources:

Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.00GHz, (8 processors)
Memory: 16 GB
OS : Win 2008 r2 x64
SSIS: V2008

DMSCD Version: 1.6  http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/8158/76101774.png

have you any idea?

Does the flow speed up if you replace the OLE DB Destination with a Union All (a "trash" destination)? <<< what do you mean ?
